Architectural Modification Request
You must submit an Architectural Modification Request or “ARB form” if you are planning to make any modifications to your home or property.
Your application must be submitted with all required licenses, certificates of insurance, permits, etc, requested. Incomplete applications will be denied. All of the instructions are included on the first page of the architectural form.
