DEEDED OWNERS:
1. Please register at: Visit https://getmyparkingpermit.com , CLICK on “Apply for Permit,” choose your community’s name “Tuscan Villas.”
2. If you need a 3rd decal OR have non-deeded occupants
a. VISIT SCREENING APPLICATION2025 DOWNLOAD the Information Packet. This must be obtained PRIOR to applying or your application will be denied.
Please complete the PDF packet and email the packet with required documents to our Property manager Assistant Ashley@jlpropertymgmt.com:
1. Fully completed Informational Packet
2. Identification
4. Vehicle Insurance
5. Vehicle registration
GUEST REGISTRATION:

RENTERS:

**If you do not have a current lease on file (per Tuscan Villas’ governing documents) you will be required to complete the screening process.** You will be required to renew your decal prior to the current lease expiring to avoid your decal from being inactivated.
CRITICAL REMINDERS:
** Homeowners of units that are leased will need to pay a deposit of ONE MONTH´S RENT before renters are eligible to obtain decals. This is a REQUIREMENT of the TUSCAN VILLAS CONDOMINIUM. Please refer to Association’s rules and regulations should you have any questions.

** Car registration must match the registered owner´s name OR the occupant MUST obtain a Notarized letter of Authorization from the registered owner of the car AND the registered owner MUST provide a copy of their utility bill.
In addition to providing documents to obtain the decal(s), you must upload the required documents to the Lot Monitoring Website.
** EVERYONE will be responsible for entering their information AND uploading their documents to the Lot Monitoring Website at: https://getmyparkingpermit.com
** For those who are having problems online please TEXT LMSI tech support at 954-543-1753 and they will respond within 24-48 hours.
** Anyone, homeowner, or tenant, who does not comply leaves themselves to being towed at their expense.
